Before returning your items please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions of returns and exchanges:
We request for all returns to be received by our fulfilment team within 14 days of your delivery date.
Items returned outside of the 14 days after purchase period will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
How do I return my item(s)?

Please send your return(s) to:
- All goods must arrive back to Jaeke in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached,free from make up and fake tan, free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder).
- Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return, including garments that have become faulty from misuse.
Once Jaeke has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a exchange is issued or store credit.
Jaeke.Collection reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way.
You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for an exchange or store credit.
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Jaeke.Collection does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Jaeke.Collection reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / store credit.
We do not offer exchanges based on change of mind. Period. Any items which are returned for this reason will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
Due to a fast turnaround of product we sometimes cannot offer exchanges on sizes. Please email us for availability.
Cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange. Any sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
