Exchange and Returns policy

Before returning your items please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions of returns and exchanges:

Australian Returns

We request for all returns to be received by our fulfilment team within 14 days of your delivery date.

We strongly recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

How do I return my item(s)?

All goods must arrive back to Jaeke. in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached). Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return, including garments that have become faulty from misuse. Once Jaeke has received your retuned package, all returned items will be inspected before a exchange is issued or store credit. Jaeke.Collection reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for an exchange or store credit.

Please keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process an exchange without physical goods or proof of delivery.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Jaeke.Collection will not be issued an exchange or store credit. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.


We do not offer exchanges based on change of mind. Period. Any items which are returned for this reason will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

Due to a fast turnaround of product we sometimes cannot offer exchanges on sizes, thus a store credit will be issued instead.

If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, we would advise you return the item back to us and then we will issue you with a discount code as a store credit amounting to the price paid for the item you wish to exchange.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.

Please be mindful that the customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us

Hygiene & Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products if you have changed your mind or for sizing/fit, where applicable

  • Piercing jewellery (i.e. earrings etc)
  • Make-up/cosmetic products (i.e. self tanning lotion, body lotion, lipstick etc)
  • Beauty tools (i.e. make-up brushes, self tanning applicators etc)
  • Intimates (i.e. underwear sets, brief swimwear bottoms, hosiery)

Please choose these products carefully, as we reserve the right to reject your return unless faulty or significantly misrepresented.


Cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange. Any sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
