This policy outlines our shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds policy. By processing your payment with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns of your purchase.

Delivery Options: We offer you a range of delivery options for your products.

Our delivery options are:

o Australia Post 

o Australia Post to for parcels to PO Box Addresses  Courier

o DHL for  International Parcels 

Standard Post (2-5 Days - WA 5-9 Days) $7.50

Express Post (1-3 Days - WA 5-7 Days) $15.00

Free express shipping for orders over $80.00

Free Canberra drop off option! Next day delivery - Excludes Weekends 


We aim to ship all Australian orders same or next business day. Our delivery times and cut offs are:

Mon- Fri Order before 12pm AEST
Sat, Sun Closed, all orders shipped on next business day
Public Holidays Closed, all orders places on Public Holidays will be shipped next business day

All items will be delivered via Australia Post, Sendle courier, E-Parcel or Express Post. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping does NOT mean express processing. This is a fast shipping method only. During our busier periods (e.g.Christmas, public holidays), processing of orders may take between 1 - 5 business days.

Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.  We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, always ensuring the chosen shipping method timings are met. This does not include orders placed during a sale or peak trading period as we may experience delays in processing orders – please keep this in mind if you are purchasing an item for a special occasion.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. However, please contact us ASAP to see if we can rectify the issue! 

Order Does Not Arrive

Australia Post/ Sendle online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Jaeke. Collection is not responsible for fault of delivery by our couriers. Please let us know but we are not able to refund in these circumstances.

Product information/ imagery and colours
To ensure a most accurate image of each product is displayed, we do not enhance colours and shoot most products on our models body so customers can accurately assess their desire for an item. Jaeke collection cannot be liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individual’s computers when shopping with us.
